Engineering infrastructure description

Electricity supply: There is a possibility to increase the consumed capacity up to 28 MW, in case of reconstruction of PS-110 kV "FIM", construction of 4 cable lines -10 kV 1.5 km long and construction of 14 new transformer substations-10 kV. There are own boiler house of JSC "BELFA" Zhlobin. There is a technical possibility of gasification. There is a water supply. There is a central sewerage system.

To the asphalt road: Krasny proezd street - up to 50 m, M-5 motorway - 7 km, P-39 motorway - 6.8 km. To the railway: Zhlobin-Passenger station - 3.4 km, Zhlobin Sortirovochny station - 3.5 km. There are access roads.
