Project description

The purpose of the project is to create conditions for the production of clinker products and increase the production of ceramic bricks in the Republic of Belarus.

The nomenclature of the product to be produced with indication of the CN FEA code

Facing (facade) clinker brick-high-strength facing wall material with special characteristics, and occupies the highest quality and environmental segment among building materials.

Potential customer

The main customers are contractors, construction and repair organizations; private companies, trade organizations, and consumers near and far abroad.

Key benefits of the project

-access to the markets of the EAEC countries (183.75 million people), CIS (282 million people) and European Union (513.5 million people); -experienced and qualified staff; -well-developed infrastructure: Goryn railway station, R-88, R-6 highways, raw materials base for refractory clays near the industrial site; -a wide range of consumers - contractors, repair and construction companies; individual developers, trade organizations, as well as consumers from near and far abroad. Approximate market demand is 10 million bricks. -a capacity for modernization without complete stoppage of existing production.

Level of project development: feasibility study, business-plan (indicating the date of development), pre-investment study, design estimate documentation, construction work in progress etc.

Given the refractoriness of raw materials (in our case clay) products has high values of frost resistance 100 cycles or more, due to the mechanism of liquid-phase sintering of the ceramic mass, resulting in material decreases the number of open pores, which in turn leads to an increase in frost resistance. Over the last 50 years of the destruction of buildings and constructions, built of brick of JSC "Gorynski plant of construction materials", not installed.
