In the context of growing demand for high-quality and safe products, the establishment of a modern fish and duck meat processing plant is becoming a strategically important project for the region and the country as a whole. This ambitious initiative aims to organize continuous production with minimized manual labor, which enhances efficiency and product quality, and also creates new opportunities for the development of the agro-industrial complex.

A key feature of the project is the acquisition of specialized lines for the deep processing of fish and duck. Modern equipment will allow for the production of a wide range of products: jellied dishes, semi-finished products, canned goods, magret, confit, rillettes, and other delicacies that meet high standards of quality and safety. Special attention is paid to the packaging line, which ensures product preservation and convenience for end consumers.

The project is supported by leading industry enterprises such as Berezovsky Feed Mill OJSC and Opytny Rybhoz 'Selets' OJSC, which provide the raw material base and ensure a stable supply. Such partnerships guarantee the sustainability and long-term prospects of the initiative's implementation.

As part of the project implementation, the possibility of acquiring a stake in an already operating enterprise or establishing a new production facility with the participation of a local partner is being considered.
