Project description

Construction of a wind farm by installing wind power plants (6 wind turbines) with a total capacity of about 25 MW. The generated electricity will be supplied to the general power supply network of the region.

Key benefits of the project

Social and economic effect of the investment project: - production of environmentally friendly electricity in compliance with the maximum international environmental requirements; - Increasing the revenues of the local and republican budgets through the payment of taxes; - reduction of emissions of CO2 and other harmful substances into the atmosphere; - creation of new jobs for the period of construction and for the period of operation of the facility; - participation in the construction of Belarusian contractors

Level of project development: feasibility study, business-plan (indicating the date of development), pre-investment study, design estimate documentation, construction work in progress etc.

A detailed project plan and its business model have been developed, an act has been obtained for choosing the location of a land plot for construction, the process of land acquisition and the establishment of boundaries for construction has been carried out, land lease agreements have been concluded, state registration of land plots has been carried out, permission has been obtained for design and survey work and construction, an architectural design has been developed, positive conclusions from state environmental and construction expertise have been obtained, an optimal scheme for connecting a wind farm to the network has been calculated, contracts have been concluded and are being implemented with relevant organizations.
