The main mineral resources available to the district are peat, sapropel, clays, sands and sand-gravel deposits

There are 12 unused real estate objects in the communal property of the Lepel district, of which 4 are schools, 2 kindergartens, 2 former bath and laundry plants, 1 is a club, 1 is a warehouse, 1 is a complex of buildings, 1 is a former FAP. The objects are located in rural settlements of the Lepelsky district

The amount of rent is calculated in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 150 dated 29.03.2012 and is 0.05-0.27 of the basic rental value in rural areas, 0.1-0.6 of the basic rental value in the city

In the area there are sanatoriums of the State Institution "Lepelsky military sanatorium of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Belarus", the merchant center "Pearl", the boarding house "LODE". Tourists are glad to receive the hotel complexes of the Berezinsky Reserve "Plavno" and "Serguch", "Nivki". Using the existing tourist infrastructure, cultural and natural potential, 38 tourist and excursion routes have been developed on the territory of the district, including 1 green route
