Project description

The company is creating a network of border-located transport and logistics centers and a multimodal industrial and logistics center with an area of 230 hectares. The goal of the project is to create an universal platform that combines logistics and industrial segments for the delivery, storage, distribution of goods, as well as production, assembly, packaging or repair of various consumer goods needed for CIS countries. Term of realization of the project is up to Year 2023, divided into 3 stages.

Industrial zone, 135 ha:

• Production facilities (279 000 m2);
• Shopping and Exhibition center;
• Trade zone;
• Showrooms.

Possible business lines:

1. Production and packaging of pharmaceutical products (generics);
2. Bottling and packaging of cosmetics and perfumes;
3. Packaging of tea, coffee, spices and etc;
4. Production of clothing and footwear;
5. Assembling of electronics and equipment;
6. Production of other commodities.
