The Zelva District enjoys convenient transportation links, located at the intersection of four national highways. The border with the Republic of Poland is 49 kilometers away. The proposed property is located 8 km from the R-99 road and 10 km from the train station. It is situated on the shores of the Zelva Reservoir, which covers a total area of ​​1,190 hectares. The reservoir is the largest in the Grodno Region and 18th largest in the Republic of Belarus, and is a popular tourist attraction. Due to the annual increase in tourist flow, it is necessary to develop the entire recreational zone of the reservoir, create additional accommodations and provide a wide range of tourist and health services, which will contribute to the growth of domestic and inbound tourism.

There is no feasibility study. The design will be carried out by the investor.
