Project descriptionHighly profitable, scalable, full-cycle production with a rapid payback due to the growing demand for frozen semi-finished products. The project aims to develop an existing frozen semi-finished food production plant in the Republic of Belarus. Plans include scaling up production, expanding the product range (including premium and export lines), and increasing output by utilizing existing capacity. The goal is to enter the export markets of the EAEU and EU countries. An investor is sought who is willing to provide development funding, participate in strategic planning, and share the project's long-term vision. The project is attractive due to its existing infrastructure, full production cycle, stable demand, and high profitability.

Potential customerThe Belarusian domestic market — the frozen convenience food market exceeds $120 million and is growing by 8-10% annually due to urbanization and demand for convenient solutions. EAEU — the export potential to Russia, Kazakhstan, and Armenia is estimated at $500 million+, especially for Belarusian products with a reputation for quality. EU (potential) — growing demand for Eastern European convenience foods (pelmeni, vareniki) in the Baltic countries, Poland, and Germany; with certification, entry into niche segments is possible. HoReCa and online retail — the rapid growth of B2B and e-grocery channels is creating additional demand for professional packaging and prepared meals.
Level of project developmentThe project is at the stage of a fully operational production facility. It includes a fully deeded 1,300 m² building, installed and functioning full-cycle equipment, technical data sheets for all production lines, and current sanitary, epidemiological, and fire safety permits. The business plan was developed in December 2025 and includes financial forecasts, a marketing strategy, and an export route. A feasibility study confirms the economic feasibility of scaling up. No design or estimate documentation is available, as construction is not required—the facility is ready for immediate expansion. There is no unfinished construction.
