Project description

The project envisages the construction of a 400-bed health resort treatment facility with all the necessary infrastructure, including two buildings (one for treatment with a swimming pool and gym, and the second for accommodation), as well as the necessary outbuildings. The land plot is located near the village of Prudok in the Krichev district. Also nearby are the Black Lake and the Holy Well drinking spring. It is 2 km from the city of Krichev, and the R-43 highway (Russian Federation Border (Zvenchatka) - Krichev - Bobruisk - Ivatsevichi) is nearby. According to available data, there is a plugged well with mineral water near Black Lake (2012 data). Mud is planned to be imported from districts of the Mogilev region. Sapropel deposits are found in the Belynichi (2 locations), Kruglyansky, Khotsimsky, and Shklov districts of the Mogilev region.
