The complex was built in 2007, taking into account modern standards and requirements, located in the south-western district of the city. It is a platform on which 572 trading places are located - electrified capital canopies, comfortable for both sellers and buyers; an administrative building with an area of 425.8 m², a public toilet building and its own transformer substation. On the territory there is the possibility of placing a point of public catering.
