In 2003 the enterprise becomes independent (separated from the company "Suzorje). The main business are: manufacturing of absorbent cotton and cotton products, batting, yarn, sewing products, as well as sales of consumer goods. There was put into operation the equipment for processing of raw materials on absorbent cotton, the line for manufacture of mattress pads, the line for manufacture of needle-punched absorbent cotton. The factory purchased the thermal chamber for the production of polyester thermal bonded cloth, the equipment for sewing and textile waste processing, the knitting and carding unit for synthetic batting production, as well as the second thermal chamber for the production of thermally bonded polyester length was installed and put into operation too. The automatic quilting machine has been purchased, which makes it possible to produce quilts with individual patterns. The new type of products was introduced - quilted mattress pad with elastic bands
