Eligibility conditions

To receive the listed benefits and preferences, the project must be included in the regional list of preferential projects. The key condition is compliance with the regional or republican (Resolution of the Council of Ministers 13.06.2024 No. 417) lists of priority types of activities. Regional lists are formed by regional executive committees except for Minsk. They reflect the industry, economic and trade specifics of each region and district. If the regional list of priority types of activities is absent - the republican one should be followed.

Frequently Asked Questions

To include the project in the list of preferential projects of the region, the initiator must submit:

  1. Application of a legal entity or individual entrepreneur for inclusion in the list
  2. Pre-project documentation and conclusion of state environmental expertise (if necessary)
  3. Financial and economic justification of the investment project
