The following can receive the benefit
  • tenants, as well as borrowers who received the object for gratuitous use for job creation,
  • of a state property object, as well as owned by OAO, ZAO, OOO and ODO with a state share of more than 50%,
  • for at least 3 years have properly fulfilled their obligations
